Butternut is a petite little thing, but still a definate teardrop. She eats like a horse though with lots of treats and is extremely active, So I guess each hog is different.

As others have said try mince and tiny bits of chicken. 12 biscuits would be a lot for one of mine at the mo

OK thanks guys. Am new to all this and tend to worry too soon! I have cooked up some mince today which I have just put in her viv with a few mealworms on top to tempt her and see how she gets on with that...

Teasel is 8 weeks old and despite eating everything given to her at her first mummies house (Tiggy), she won't eat anything other than her cat biscuits and mealies. Little sod.

So far all I know Zolah has eaten is her mealies... but she has mince and also a tiny bit of mash (our dinner) tonight so I shall see how she gets on with that...
