Xeno 50 Spot On

I bought some of this as a precaution as my hogs have been scratching and behaving strangely. Does it harm them if you just use as precaution, I'm not sure they have mites but they scratch an awful lot and appear a bit distressed.

It says for hogs of the weight of mine (450+g) to use 2 tubes. Where do I put this and are there any side effects?
