Whisper wheels

Hi
Does anyone know where I can get a whisper wheel from? I've found some on ebay that are $30 plus $40 shipping from America. Probably a good price but $70 seems an awful lot to pay. Has anyone managed to get a cheaper one?

thats the price for them, works out at about £33 i think off the top of my head, i thought it was quite alot to pay for a wheel when we have perfectly good ones here.

I'd thought about getting her a silent spinner but I've read that they're not very silent!! I don't mind paying that for a whisper wheel if thats the best available, just didn't want to spend £15 on a silent spinner then want to replace it a few weeks later and spend another £30ish pounds! Plus Hermione's old wheel was a whisper wheel and now she's on a different one and she's cut her foot. It might not have anything to do with her wheel but as this one's got runners it's been playing on my mind a bit!
