Electronic Weighing Scales

Post  Mindy on December 16th 2010, 10:30 pm

I need to upgrade my scales as mine are poop. Would these be ok if I added a bowl?

Yeah, look fine to me, if you can zero them after adding a bowl

Actually thinking of using my suit case scale thing for weigh ins, if i hang the carrier off them, zero the scales & then add the hog

I use similar scales and find them brilliant big smile I dont add a bowl though, just sit my hedgies on top - I usually do it just after waking them up as they huff and hiss at me and stay curled up and still whist on the scales. I have tried to weigh Oscar after having him out for a while and couldnt get him to sit still long enough to get an accurate reading - Little wriggle pot! big smile

the only problem with weighing them as soon as they wake is its not accurate really until the have done their' buisness'. i have noted that this can vary between 10g-15g for both Smile
