snotty sticky nose - please help

I just went to get my little girl out and noticed I could hear her snuffling more than usual, when I woke her up her nostrils were full of snotty wet rubbish and she had dried sticky stuff all over her face. I took her out and I have cleaned her face up - she is not snuffling anymore but there is still some snotty stuff round her nose. also her bottom is a bit red

Im worried about respiratory infection, is there anything I can do short of the vet? (snow!)

any advice?

How are the temps?? you could try raising the temp a bit and see if that helps but if she is still snotty I would def get her seen as respiratory infections will need proper treatment.
Is she ok in herself apart from that? Eating ok etc?

Also make sure she is drinking enough

the temp in the room was 24 degrees, I have brought her downstairs into the front room, its always warmer in there. She is acting normal and eating and drinking fine.

She is still snotty so I better get down the vet
