Our newest family members big smile

already named as Max & Ruby and we felt it was unfair to rename then because Ruby knows her name - they are an established pair that we had off some lovely people who were rehoming them - lucky us because they are really sweet

They are gorgeous - glad they have found a good home with you - loving the males milky eyes - wait till you hear them squeaking - Orinocho has been chasing Tessie and Lilly round all day and believe me, hogs have nothing on tenrecs for making "love noises" lau

Nellie - I was quite shocked at the males milky eyes as I didnt expect it - they were travelling!!! lau

I thought flamin heck - wait til we get you home lau

you read about it but its quite weird actually seeing it!! If they do mate though I do hope that they have enough time to settle with me as I thought them moving would put them off not instigate it!!!

They are very very sweet little critters - the female is particularly friendly and apparently will answer to 'rubes' and come to you and they have obviously been well handled and looked after by the previous owners so I think I'm really lucky and I'm so glad I've got them blush

Its quite weird feeling the difference from APH to these but also the similarity as well.

well Max seemed to settle in well and had a wander about last night and something to eat but Ruby is rather more quiet so hope she comes round in a bit - its like being an uneansy anxious new mummy all over again lol
