Cuddly Tenrecs.

Iv heard of hogs preferring igloos and houses and blankets, but has anyone heard of a tenrec preferring these??!!

Mine kept sleeping on her wheel (which has a balnket on it as its a makeshift metal wheel so this prevents her hurting her feet), so I got her a little blanket to put in her house which she wouldnt sleep in (once the wheel was put in, she slept on the wheel instead of house.)...and now she loves it, she snuggles in the blanket and sleeps tight!

She is also fussy in how she eats her wormies, she will either only eat from my hand or from the floor, she wont use the bowl!

Anyone experienced this or is she just really spoilt?! Smile

Im bit funny about platforms,she did have guards but use to climb ON them, and wobble and look like she would fall off, and since I took them off and put astroturf she seems fine, been close to the edge once or twice but hangs on with her nails Wink

tbh, in the wild they would be falling off tall tropical trees anyhow! (not that I approve of her falling lol )

Awwwh she sooo cute! Had to feed her just now she was being greedy!!!! roll
