iv not read the full thread but they were on the (poss david attenborough?) program thats on bbc2 last week or 2 weeks ago

Iv heard of the striped ones being available now too...prob VERY expensive and hard to get hold of! Iv also heard that there is quite alot of common ones available? But I dont really like them, they sometimes look like mini pigs XD

That thing on bbc was amazing, Its so cool how they have like specialised spines to communicate and are appez the ONLY animal to do that?! My friend went to madagascar the other month and he said he saw a little family of tenrecs running through the rainforest <3
