Canned insects

Does anyone know how long canned insects last for? I have a can of mini crickets that I opened 2 days ago, I only feed 3 or 4 a night so there are still loads of crickets left! They are horrid looking things and smell gross! Their dead mini corpses chill in the fridge Hoping they last around a month!

LOL. I only came to lol, so i cant answer your question. I wouldnt buy those, they sound worse than live lol

they are pretty minging but my hogs love them because they are a little moist and not as dry as some others you can buy

I'm not sure how long they would last to be honest as I use about 2 cans in any one go but I would probably say if they are refridgerated then as long as they didnt smell any worse than thye do normally and theres no gooeyness on them (sign of the turning) then they should be ok - any doubt throw them out - you should get a fornight at least out of them I would think
