Toy Suggestions

Hey,

My hog Sonic lives in a Zoozone 2 cage, his main set up includes only a water bowl, a wheel and a bed.

I have tried an upturned flower pot, a small cats ball with a bell in it, a set of ferret tunnels, toilet roll holders (cut down the middle), newspaper balled up and a few other toys/boredom breakers, but he doesn't like/play with any of them!

I know some hogs don't have the personality for toys, which is fair enough, and he does run on his wheel non stop whenever he gets the chance, but I wondered if there were any other toys I could try? I worry his cage looks bare and unloved!

Any help would be appreciated

Maybe if he doesn't like toys you could try a tunnel? Its some thing else for him and a cosy place to hide. I also have a small kong and just put diff food in it, not so much a toy but something for him to do xx

Oooops just realised you said you've tried tunnels, if they are the harder ones maybe try a fabric one xx
