Theme ideas

So im constructing my hog mansion currently...and now for two hogs after the arrival of Mr Rescue Hog.

Im needing theme ideas for the back wall, For Holly im thinking Secret Garden or Beatrix Potter! However for the life of me i cant think of a more 'manly' them for Porridge?

Any help greatly appreciated and also which you prefer out of secret garden or beatrix potter would be a massive help!

Also...where does everyone get there wooden hedgy houses from? The hedge pigs are currently in igloos and pouches...however holly hates her plastic igloo!

As for the wooden houses, all of mine come from Hedgebottom (Faith) as do my vivs

I was thinking woodland / enchanted forest until i found out my hog was a ''he'' haha. Now im thinking cowboys (sand cactus tumbleweed etc) maybe a skyline and superhero, orrr... a graveyard? haha. not sure

Crittercribs do the gorgeous wooden houses that people decorate, or places like pets at home do ones that look like log cabins xx

I have had issues with every single log cabin style one i have ever owned. They always fall apart and need glueing. I also use Hedgebottoms wooden housing and they are more sturdy and less collapseable as they are tacked together. Also they are painted to order. I have cupcake cottages.

I think a cowboy/western theme would be very cool!

I second those statements about the log cabin looking hideouts. I bought one but took it back because it didnt seem as sturdy. Also, the wood flakes off alot of thin wood shavings and I didnt like that as I thought it could give a hedgehog a painful paper cut type (woodchip cut...? )injury.

Cowboy theme sounds very cool! i might have to steal your idea if you would approve of this!? possibly a space theme but i like the cowboy idea. Could you direct me to faiths website if she has one? I have seen the log cabin ones and wasnt a massive fan, id like the cottage ones that i can decorate if possible.
