Am I right in thinking the zoozone 2 is unsuitable for a tenrec?

Thanks guys - it does look like the zoozone is not suitable. We watched a few video clips of them on You tube yesterday too and my 7 yr old actually pointed out that if we kept them in the zoozone they'd climb out! They are fascinating creatures but after doing a little more research I've decided we're best sticking with hedgehogs for now and perhaps considering tenrecs at a later stage - I was just tempted when I saw a pair of tenrecs for sale here in Ireland yesterday morning and that's such a rare occurence I just had to at least think about it

From what i gather tenrecs are have no association with hedgehogs what so ever. They c an look anything from a hedgehog to an otter etc. They are fascinating creatures however! xx

Yes, that's what I have now learnt too! Loved watching the video clips of them - so interesting!

dunno if this helps at all but this is my set up a while ago before I put any electronix in
