pharaohs vet visits

How did things go at the vet for pharaoh? i keep my fingers crossed for him.

Not too good, he's lost more weight. They've changed his anti biopics but there's not much else they can do till Monday. On the good point we just got him to eat 3 reasonable sized locust!

Any improvement Pammie? Have you tried Carnivore Care? It's what Dave is on. It seems to be helping somewhat. It stinks to high heaven though.

He seems a lot more him self the past few days being a bit picky with his food but has munched through loads of morio worms and a bit of wet cat food too oh and some locust but they need to be held still infront of him. He has also been using his wheel a little bit which has to be a good sign. Hopefully this means he's getting better going to weigh him Wednesday and see how he's doing x

What wet food do you use? my vet has asked me to get some but i dont know which one is any good.

to be honest i have just been giving him whatever the cat is having (obviously non fish flavour)
i got some of the sheba patti stuff and he seemed to be able to eat that better than the stuff with meaty chunks in. saying that he was eating wiskers last night at the moment im not too worried about how healthy it is i just want to get him to eat!

Glad to hear that Pharaoh is doing a bit better, hopefully it will improve some more.

I've just brought him so random chicken ones. The vet told me to get Hills AD too. Dave had a little of this but not too impressed I think. Oh well I will keep trying.
