Vitamin E

Mr prickles hasn't used his wheel for 3 nights, and this morning he wasn't walking properly and fell over a few times as his back leg wasn't working right.

My dad took him to vets as I couldn't take time off work, and has just text me to say he needs vitamin E

does anyone know why this is?
