Silent Spinning wheel

I could not find a 12inch silent spinning wheel when I set up for my hoggies so bought them just a normal 12inch pet shop one to put them on until I could get a silent spinner.
On Sunday I ordered a silent spinner from a certain online pet store (not sure if allowed to name and shame) and paid extra for 24hour delivery.
I expected this to be processed Monday and arrive Tues but was not processed until Tues to arrive weds.....well weds came and went and still not arrived then last night I got a tracking number from Parcelforce..finally I thought it will be with me tomorrow.

Well my wheel arrived a little earlier today and after waiting for nearly 4 working days when I paid for 24 hour delivery it has turned up cracked (right on the part where the hogs would run so to dangerous to use).
I called the company about all of this and did not get any sympathy or an apology and they told me to fill in a returns form on then they would get back to me with an address to send it back to. I said that I wanted a refund as did not want this to happen again which they have agreed to do!

I really just wanted to vent my anger to you lot...so sorry for rambling and also ask if anyone has ordered a silent spinner that arrived on time and in one piece and if so can you let me know where you got this so that I can order another!

That's bad i hope you get your refund quicker than you got the wheel.

stupid!!!!! its disugsting service from shops! they dont rush with anything! I had to wait two weeks for some river island clothes that we paid next day delivery for!

Now that is really bad why offer 24 hr delivery if they aren't going to keep to it.

The girl on the phone was really not bothered and said they have 3 days to process the order....its the delivery that is 24hour! FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

Now I need to find another one! They sent me the purple one to which I wanted as matches my pink and purple hog house - bet i wont get another purple one!

It's so frustrating when you no what you want find it then order it only for it to be damaged. I'll keep my eye out for a purple one for you while i surf for things.

I use Merlin Pet Supplies on ebay and she has been fab and on the one occasion it did arrived damaged, she was happy to do an immediate replacement on the basis of photographic proof. She's always been polite, friendly and provided excellent service and I have now used her on numerous occasions for wheels, huts, bowls, toys etc.
