Zoozone with a water bottle??

So I ordered my zoozone the other day and I just realized that I won't be able to get a water bottle into it! Does anyone have a fix for this? I was wondering about the possibility of rigging a water bottle to stick to the side with some velcro or something, but who knows if there's some way that could be harmful. The breeder I'm getting my hedgie from gives her hedgehogs bottles to drink from so I'd like to let him continue to have a bottle, but obviously if I can't get a bottle to hang in the cage then it's a no go. Any ideas?

Zoo zones should have a hole for water bottles on the side of the plastic, you put the nozzle through it and and attach the wire to the bottom section of the cage under the ridge.

But I really wouldnt advise water bottles, as I have seen peoples hedgies who have damaged their teeth and mouth on them.

I have four hogs and all mine use water bowls, and I have never had any problems. Biscuit came from a breeder who used water bottles and she was fine straight away when I changed her to a bowl.

my long eared hog can cope using a water bowl and he never knocks it over or gets anything (he is the most agressive and messy of my hogs) and if he can do your pygmy hog wont have any problems using it.

if you want to use a normal water bottle instead of the stupid huge thing the zoozone comes with, what you need to do is, use the wire the bottle comes with and poke it through the hole in the zonezone. then under that hole drill 2 small holes so you can string a wire through to hold the bottle in place.

is water bottles bad for hedgies?

Like I said they can damage their teeth and mouth on the metal ball, I personlly dont risk using them.
