Hoglet weight gain?

There are a lot of posts about how much a full grown hedgie should weigh but nothing on what an average weight gain should be for a hoglet.

We weighed her last Tuesday and she was 117g but a week later she now weighs 170g! That is a massive gain of 53g in just over a week! Almost half her body weight!

She is 8 weeks old on Saturday.

She doesn't look over weight but its strange as I can visibly see her feet are bigger than last week.

They grow so fast!

When do they stop growing?

The sneaky little critter is also picking out the James Wellbeing and leaving the IAMs!

they all vary so differently - as long as she is gaining and then evens out its fine - you'll find that she builds to a certain point and then will drop once you put the wheel in so you have nothing to worry about- shes a growing girl
