I was looking on the internet at hedgies for sale. Is it a good idea to get hedgies from the internet?

depends who is selling them on the internet, loads of breeders advertise on the net as well as some dodgy people

it is really hard there are many scammers on the net i have learnt this. the only way is to ask to go and see the hogs and if possible go then you will know for sure.

because dodgy people will take your money without asking as much as your name
genuine breeders will ask you all sorts of questions
whether the hog is registered or not is also i good sign as to whether its a genuine breeder

also, if you have a name for the person selling, pass it on to faith or bonnie at the reg and they will be happy to tell you if they know of the person or not (for good or bad reasons)
