fluorescent tubes in vivarium???
I am getting a double vivarium tmrw and it has a fluorescent tubes in it the height inside each one is 21 inches. Is it ok to put the light on during the day as they are possibly going in the dining room and there isn't much natural light in there.
I will check the temp inside for a couple of days to make sure it doesn't get too warm. I think it had snakes in before it is 4ft.
I am having one of Nellies babies so no more room for zoozones
I'm not sure what air vents are in it but do hedgehogs need more than reptiles (I have no idea how much or little reptiles need)
cheers in advance

Yes to more air vents or converted doors. Having said that Im STILL waiting for my converted doors
but have adjusted my room temps accordingly.
No to Floresent tube it could cause potentail health problems down the line as well as being totally unatural. Just ensure the curtains/blinds in the room are open all the time, u'r hedgie should be fine. Even better try adjusting the room so your hedgie is on the opposite wall to the windows or rethink rooms
